Conceived across the Tasman (over a few beers and wines in 2002—shhh, we know), the company has expanded worldwide, but the beating heart of our Aussie operation now thrives in Surry Hills, Sydney (with plenty of love in Melbourne too).
Melbourne is often hailed as the home of the flat white. Our Kiwi friends might dispute who invented it, but we’ll let you decide—after we point you toward a couple of our favourite cafes (try Single O in Sydney or Proud Mary in Melbourne) to test your tastebuds.
